I. Newsletter/Summer Magazine

• Mike needs to comment on two articles David wrote, will try to do that tonight.
• Who should we send the newsletters to?
  • put it on the web and send email copy to news list
  • make some hard copies to send to space grants, other experts/friends of academy
  • David will make a list of "experts" who should receive a letter
  • We should include a cover letter in the snail mailing

II. Videocon

• David will be out of the country on the proposed dates
• He IS available any day the week of 21, 22, 23 July, any day from Aug 4th on.
• Mike will see about rescheduling, but we will have to go with the date the Academy staff gives us
