IV. Alumni Updates
We decided that at least once a week, an update of some sort should be sent
to the list. The following messages will go out in the next week:
- SG Meeting update - mention of donations given @ SG meeting
- Constitution 2.2
After these immediate emailings, more and more (with a goal of all) to
come from alumni other than the four of us.
V. Database
Jake let Brian know that he will not have the time to coordinate the
database, but would serve as the contact for SAIV. Plan proposed to
organize the procedure of transition between the application database
at GSFC and the Alumni database currently on the SEDS server.
Actions:
- Ask Lewicki if database can stay on the seds server and be modified
by the people coordinating the information collection.
- Determine specific modifications that should be made.
- Enter updated information.
- Compile list of "lost souls".
- Implement plan for contacting "lost souls".
It was suggested that one person serve as Database Master and coordinate
with representatives from each summer to act as information gatherers
for their summer.
Goal: All information gathered and Database complete and updated
by May 1.
